Thrummed mittens are perfect for our Montana Winters! Students will learn knitting thrums on a mitten pattern with two size options.  We will also learn the afterthought thumb and how to knit in the round using the magic loop technique.

Prerequisite skills: confident with the basics of knitting (knit, purl, decreases) and knitting in the round
Pattern: $5.50 Thrummed Fleece-Stuffed Mittens (buy online)

Yarn: 200 yards worsted weight yarn
Needles:  US 6 and US 7 (or size to get gauge)  40”-47” circular needles

Please bring a notebook and something to write with so you can take notes as needed.

Make-up classes are $10 per session.
